Motohiro Tsuchiya

Motohiro Tsuchiya is a professor of Graduate School of Media and Governance and deputy director of Global Security Research Institute (G-SEC) at Keio University. Prior to joining the Keio faculty, he was an associate professor at Center for Global Communications (GLOCOM), International University of Japan.

Professor Tsuchiya is interested in the impact of the information revolution on international relations; regulatory policy regarding telecommunications and the Internet; and issues related to global governance and information technologies.

He earned his BA in Political Science, MA in International Relations, and Ph.D in Media and Governance from Keio University.
